Refunds for ticket cancellations are based on the time of the request relative to the date of the conference. Please review the following guidelines to understand the refund amounts available:

• 14 days or less prior to the conference: Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.
• 15 to 59 days prior to the conference: Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a 50% refund. This means you will receive half of the ticket price you paid.
• 60 or more days prior to the conference: Cancellations made 60 days or more before the event are eligible for a full refund. You will receive 100% of the ticket price you paid.
