Objectives
How to identify gaps in customer requests.
How to use visual tools to improve on current workflows
How to leverage existing infrastructure to make improvement.
Tracking requests for optimization
Scaling for future growth
Session Abstract
This session will highlight how our department was able to identify gaps in managing customer request. We did this by understanding the various ways we received requests and develop tools to track and manage these requests. It also helped us identify ways to streamline our customer portal not only for our external customers for our internal customers as well. In this presentation we will show the before and after of how we handled requests and the improvements that will allow us to manage, scale and track these requests in a much more efficient way moving forward.
