Speaker Profiles
Mike McDermott is an accomplished healthcare technology sales leader with more than a decade of experience driving growth, building teams, and advancing digital transformation across hospitals and health systems. A consecutive President’s Club achiever, Mike has a proven record of expanding market presence in highly competitive environments through direct selling, strategic coaching, and high-performance team development.
He currently serves as Vice President of Sales at Asimily, where he leads nationwide sales efforts for one of the healthcare industry’s most advanced IoMT/OT cybersecurity platforms. His work focuses on helping health systems reduce cyber risk, secure connected medical devices, and operationalize data-driven security programs.
Prior to Asimily, Mike held sales and leadership roles at ePreop, Accruent, and Connectiv, where he played a key role in bringing modern, cloud-based solutions to clinical engineering, IT, and hospital operations teams.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Business (Entrepreneurship) from California State University, Sacramento, where he earned Dean’s Honor Roll distinction. He previously attended Huntingdon College, where he was a student-athlete in NCAA Football.
