Conference Sessions Increasing Efficiency in AEM Evaluation

Session Abstract
Huntington Health Clinical Technology is leveraging features of our CMMS and functions of Microsoft Excel to streamline our Alternative Equipment Maintenance program. By using built-in CMMS features we are able to pull equipment service histories with a high level of detail, and through the use of a custom spreadsheet template we are able to clearly visualize a repair history across a class of devices and automate Mean-Time Between Failure calculations.
This information is easily transferable to a straightforward template that clearly delineates our AEM process and can be used to keep a traceable record of our AEM analysis, further mitigating risk and improving internal documentation.
