Conference Sessions 30 Lessons Learned in 30 Years in the HTM Industry
This presentation is full of lessons I have gathered in my 29 years in the HTM industry, from days as a technician, lead technician, manager, and director.
The lessons that will be mentioned: Humility, Have A Good Support System, Stop Thinking Im the Victim, Giving Unconditinally, Failure is a Blessing, You must make yourself the best you can be.
This a few of the many lessons I will share.
My purpose for this presentation is hopefully be able to motivate, educate and celebrate the experiences I have taking on throughout my HTM career.
I’m also hoping I can solve some issues that someone may be struggling with, by sharing my lessons. I chose to speak at the CMIA conference is for two reasons. To meet more people in the HTM industry and increase my network. You can never know too many people. Also, hopefully I can be a source of enery or motivation for someone outside my circle. This HTM industry is at a cross road and hopefully my presentation can play a small part in solving the challenges in the HTM industry.
